• Account information: name, email address, agency name and password when you create an account.
• Trip and catalog content: itineraries, images, descriptions and pricing you upload to the platform.
• Inquiry data: messages, phone numbers and WhatsApp details submitted through trip inquiry forms by your visitors.
• Payment information: processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used and interaction patterns within the platform, collected to improve our service.
• Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies (see Section 6 below).

3. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and improve the TripEleven platform.
• To process transactions and send billing-related communications.
• To send product updates, security alerts and support messages.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics) and only to the extent necessary to deliver their services.
